May 21, 2001, Pawleys Island, S.C. ‹ The Phil Ritson ­ Mel Sole Golf School is one of America¹s Top 25 Golf Schools, according to Golf Magazine¹s biennial ranking of the nation¹s golf schools in the June 2001 issue. The rankings were derived from Golf Magazine¹s critique on quality of teachers, programs and facilities. Also influencing the rankings were thousands of golf school graduates who completed surveys rating their experiences. The Ritson ­ Sole school, headquartered at Pawleys Plantation near Myrtle Beach, S.C. has six United States locations in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
