| Policies |
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM, please contact the front desk in advance to receive late check-in procedures.
- Check-out is 10:00 AM or earlier on the day of departure.
- There are NO refunds for early departures.
- A $100 security deposit is required on all reservations at check-in. This will be refunded once the room is vacant and cleared for damages at check-out.
- Registered guest must either be married, at least 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent for the entire length of stay.
- We reserve the right to require a minimum number of night stay in any unit at any time of the year. You will receive a refund for early departure provided you give a 48 hour advance notice and all minimum night stay requirements have been met.
- We make every attempt to honor all requests; however, room location, floor level and view are subject to change based on availability.
- Cancellation Policy - If you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $35.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit your entire deposit.

- No trailers, watercrafts, motorcycles, buses, or motorhomes are permitted on the property.
- All units are non-smoking.
- Pets are not permitted in any of the units at any time.
- Daily maid service is available at an additional charge per day.
