Pawleys Plantation Is Now Offering Meeting Planners An Incentive To Meet In The Lowcountry
Phil Ritson Mel Sole Golf School Now Provides Instruction, Drinks And Snacks To Meeting Groups
Pawleys Island, S.C. (October 3, 2001) - The Phil Ritson Mel Sole Golf School, one of Golf Magazine¹s "Top 25 Golf Schools In America" is now offering the "Golf Break" to businesses and corporations who hold meetings at Pawleys Plantation.
Those participating in the "Golf Break" have an opportunity to meet Mel Sole, one of Golf Magazine¹s Top Teacher¹s in North America, on the veranda overlooking the 18th green of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, just a few steps away from the meeting facility. Here, participants will be given a brief introduction followed by a 15-minute instructional clinic.
The clinic will focus on the "short game" demonstrating pitching, chipping or putting drills with the optional participation of a designated person from the group. If time permits, the instructor will field questions from the group.
Also available during the "Golf Break" are buckets of ice cold Gatorade, coolers of bottled water and buckets of snacks from cheese crackers to a fruit spread.
The "Golf Break" is an extra amenity to the meetings at Pawleys Plantation and is available for $100 per group.
"The Golf Break¹ is provided to enhance a business meeting and to help any golfer's game," said Mel Sole Director of Instruction. "After sitting in a conference room for several hours guests are more than ready to take a short walk outside and swing a golf club. This not only allows some stretching and stress relief it features helpful tips for the short game."
