The day after Tropical Storm Hanna made landfall, Myrtle Beach golf courses were operational and those who have tee times and hotel reservations can expect everything to be scheduled as planned. "This week's forecast projects some fantastic weather," said Kathi Grace, director of marketing for Myrtle Beach National. "Visiting golfers are out playing in course conditions that are envied by other areas of the country."

Myrtle Beach travel: Direct flights help fill airline void for golfers
