Shop Prices Quick Quote Stay and play
This Willard Byrd course creates a parkland setting in an expanse of land previously untouched except by native wildlife. Special attention was paid to conservation and to the lay of the land, natural vegetation and water resources, resulting in a unique golfing experience which plays the first 8 holes through wetlands and the remaining 10 through a majestic pine forest.
In the Golf Digest "Places to Play, 1994-95" Supplement, the Wood Stork received a 4-star rating and was recognized as "One of the 100 Great Value Courses" in the nation. Also, Southern Links honored the Wood Stork as "Best in the South in Course Conditioning and Presentation."
