This is one of the classic older Myrtle Beach courses built in 1977. The course features wide, forgiving, fairways with well-trapped greens. This is one of the few courses which allow walking from July to January.
From the tips the course is a stern test of golf measuring over 7350 yards but this is partially compensated for in the abundance of wide landing areas for tee shots.
