- Sounds like Pine Lakes was using a double tee system the day that you played, Alex. I have played lots of golf courses that utilize this configuration and it has been proven to work quite well. It sounds like your group played at a pretty good clip and ran into the back end of the morning wave of golfers. You are on vacation, Alex, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the day, enjoy your friends and just enjoy the fact that you are able to play golf; lots of folks can't enjoy that treat.
