im going to be as strait as i can i stayed 3 nights 4 days the room was really nice for the money i feel like the hotel put alot of money into the hotel and not the more imprtant things the room did have leftover food pieces on the counter, cherry stems on the floor, the beds were nice looking but cheap and uncomfortable back still hurting, nice view of teh ocean, pools were inside not ouside and not heated they were very cold in august ok! so was the sprinkler system outside. the hotel had a parking garage about a block away from the hotel which should have been next door but no biggie it was a nice garage with secure aprking with elevators and plenty of parking. the worst part was elevators it took 10-20 m ins to get on and off elevators and when i asked for clean towels they told me they could bring some but it would be quicker to pick them up???? i pay how much and you want me to come get my towels well theres another prob not enough staff to get what you need when you need it and the pools looked cloudy i think to much clorine you could smell it. i would not recoment this hotel until they put some more money into service elevators and nice beds find somewhere elese.
